Monoethylene Glycol (MEG)

Ethylene Glycol is an organic compound with the chemical formula C2H6O2. It is an odorless, colorless, sweet-tasting and viscous liquid with a wide range of industrial applications such as in the manufacture of polyester fibers. Ethylene glycol is used to make automotive coolant and de-icing solutions for cars, airplanes, and boats.

Uses: Solvent, alkyd resins, adhesives, humectant, foam stabilizer, coolant and antifreeze
